The Engineering Administrator is responsible for the full range of daily administrative tasks within the Product & Process Engineering department. This includes checking incoming freight invoices, submitting them for payment, and managing invoice-related claims. The role also involves maintaining communication with external service providers, suppliers, and internal departments, as well as handling administrative tasks related to product specifications and work instructions. Additionally, the Engineering Administrator is responsible for maintaining working time records for the department and carrying out document archiving tasks. The Engineering Administrator maintains accurate and timely administration in compliance with deadlines, operates the SAP system at a user level, maintains continuous cooperation with their professional supervisor, and executes their instructions. The role also supports the activities of the Senior Manager, Product & Process Engineering.
