The Engineering Administrative Assistant role is to provide administrative support to the Engineering and Maintenance Departments. Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old.
Operate required software on a personal computer as well as other office equipment.
Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
Background in administrative support role.
Proficient computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

Prepares documents, reports and other correspondence for the departments listed above. These are to be completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Prepares and tracks all AFE preparation, reports, and tracking.
Maintain accurate files and records as required.
Perform various administration duties (mail, answering telephone, fax, fill in for support staff) as required.
Perform tasks related to correspondence to environmental agencies, audits, off site plan updates, safety inspection reports, etc. Also, compiles and sends out feed whey consumption numbers to all farmers and keeps files.
Communicate with department managers and supervisors in a clear and concise manner.
All other duties as assigned.
