The Engineer position is part of the maintenance department, responsible for maintaining common areas and apartments in residential buildings, including offices, multi-purpose rooms, roof deck, garden, trash collection area, lobby, fitness room, and sidewalks. This role involves basic plumbing, woodworking, and electrical work and has a 35-hour work week.
