Requirements

  • 2+ years of job-related experience.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field with 2+ years of experience in a hospital or medical facility environment, conducting cost analysis, layout design, or inventory analysis.
  • Strong analytical experience related to complex supply chain resources and plant operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

  • Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Consolidate, cleanse, and analyze customer data to identify opportunities for improvement and support recommendations.
  • Assist in developing project deliverables, including presentations, narratives, and other required project outputs.
  • Coordination may be required with a project analyst(s), or other similar roles on the project.
  • Supports the research of equipment and other applicable systems and technologies, as requested.
  • Assists in supporting the improvements of existing proprietary tools & models.
  • Assists in training analysts on internal processes and procedures related to tools & models. Other training support may be required.
  • Support the review of data analyses for analysts.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management, as requested.
  • Assist with Engineer/Analyst data training.
  • Serve as a reference for Engineer/Analyst.
