Requirements

2+ years of job-related experience.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail.
Commitment to continuous improvement
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field with 2+ years of experience in a hospital or medical facility environment, conducting cost analysis, layout design, or inventory analysis.
Strong analytical experience related to complex supply chain resources and plant operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Consolidate, cleanse, and analyze customer data to identify opportunities for improvement and support recommendations.
Assist in developing project deliverables, including presentations, narratives, and other required project outputs.
Coordination may be required with a project analyst(s), or other similar roles on the project.
Supports the research of equipment and other applicable systems and technologies, as requested.
Assists in supporting the improvements of existing proprietary tools & models.
Assists in training analysts on internal processes and procedures related to tools & models. Other training support may be required.
Support the review of data analyses for analysts.
Perform other duties assigned by management, as requested.
Assist with Engineer/Analyst data training.
Serve as a reference for Engineer/Analyst.
