About The Position

Dalcom Engineering is currently seeking an experienced Engineer to support a team focused on mission-critical research, development, systems engineering, and modernization efforts for the U.S. Army. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any engineering discipline.
3+ years of professional engineering experience.
Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Security Clearance.
Proficiency with engineering software and analytical tools applicable to assigned discipline.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare technical documentation and technical presentations.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple technical priorities.

Responsibilities

Research, design, and develop products, machinery, and systems to meet organizational and societal needs.
Implement and optimize processes for extracting, processing, and utilizing materials and resources.
Develop new materials and technologies to enhance product performance and leverage advancements.
Analyze the environmental and user impact of engineered products and systems.
Supervise production, testing, and maintenance activities to ensure quality and reliability.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including breakdowns and performance challenges.
Estimate project timelines and costs, and support planning and budgeting efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
