Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Engineer to perform all engineering, maintenance, life safety, and facility operations. This engineering role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of guest comfort, operational reliability, regulatory compliance, asset preservation, sustainability, and team performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of hotel engineering experience preferred.
• Luxury hotel or resort experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire/life safety systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operations, maintenance, and repair of all hotel mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems.
• Ensure continuous operation of VRF/VRV HVAC systems, boilers, generators, fire alarm systems, pools, kitchen equipment, and guestroom systems.
• Work on preventative maintenance and predictive maintenance programs.
