The Building People, LLC, has a position open for an Engineer with an active Secret Clearance supporting facilities planning, infrastructure evaluation, facility condition assessments, building automation systems, and campus modernization initiatives for our federal client. Requirements
- Active Secret Clearance
Responsibilities
- Conduct technical assessments of mechanical, electrical, civil, and structural systems.
- Evaluate facility conditions and develop recommendations for repairs and modernization.
- Develop engineering designs, specifications, and technical plans.
- Support building automation and energy management initiatives.
- Perform Facility Condition Assessments (FCAs).
- Prepare cost estimates, technical reports, and stakeholder presentations.
- Evaluate compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Support campus planning and space utilization studies.
