About The Position

We are seeking an engineer with experience supporting equipment and system decommissioning projects in a regulated manufacturing environment. The role requires strong knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and an understanding of asset lifecycle management. The engineer will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders, managing technical documentation and records, and executing impact assessments to support regulatory compliance. Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills are essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines, along with technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, is also required. The role involves driving continuous improvement initiatives and requires a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive approach. Effective collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Validation teams is crucial.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering & 2 years of Engineering experience.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish).
• Knowledge of commissioning and decommissioning activities.
• Experience with change control processes and risk assessments.
• Strong knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Understanding of asset lifecycle management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
• Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to work.
