About The Position

Performs sub-professional, complex technical field and office work in analysis, design, construction and operation of public works projects. Work involves being a lead worker directing the activities of lower level technicians and part-time, seasonal or temporary employees and providing technical advice and instruction. May perform any task of lower level classes in this job series in the same or other specialty area. Distinguished from Engineer-Survey Technician II by broader responsibilities, more difficult assignments, and lead work over other employees.

Requirements

• Associates degree in engineering or surveying technology
• Four (4) years engineering or surveying experience
• Valid Oregon driver’s license
• Automobile insurance

Nice To Haves

• Engineer in Training or Land Surveyor in Training certification
