Requirements

Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
Maintain regular attendance and high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
Comply with certification requirements (Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, First Aid).
Experience in training, supervising, and motivating staff.
Ability to evaluate and spot check work of staff and contractors.

Inspire, train, and schedule your engineering crew, plus champion workplace safety through inspections, fire drills, and employee training that keeps everyone secure and empowered.
Bring our Preventative Maintenance program to life—making sure every guest room and public space sparkles and shines up to company standards.
Manage energy usage and spending with a keen eye—sticking to budgets, promoting conservation, and making smart purchasing choices for a greener, leaner operation.
Respond to guestroom requests at lightning speed and serve as the emergency contact for those unpredictable moments—ensuring guests and staff always have a hero to count on!
