About The Position

Support the ongoing development of new features, testing, documentation, and service of existing functionality for Reachback Engineer Data integration (REDi) and other applications critical to the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Reachback Operations Center (UROC) mission. Provide analysis and problem resolution of communications systems, mechanisms, and architectures.

Requirements

Associates’ degree in an applicable discipline. In lieu of degree, relevant work experience may be substituted on a year for year basis.
Zero (0) to two (2) years of professional engineering and scientific experience in design, development, documentation and operation of computer systems, software and databases employing specialized database development tools for application to Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) systems.
Must be able to pass successfully a NACI (National Agency Check with Inquiries) background check.
Must obtain and maintain any necessary security access and/or background checks.

Responsibilities

Create new site, lists and document libraries needed for storing data within the SharePoint Architecture for managing new project data and attachments.
Provide technical assistance with the creation of export tools needed for data grids and reports including charts and graphs.
Use data from project databases to create project summaries, construction status reports, and other project tracking tools.
Implement to multiple MS SharePoint environments on UNCLASSIFIED domains.
Process, prepare, staff, file, incoming and outgoing correspondence (ADMIN).
Receive visitors and direct to the appropriate Subject Matter Expert (SME) for resolution (ADMIN).
Prepare a monthly report that summarizes each of the task associated with all performance objectives and provide to the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
