Requirements
- RF design, RF switches, Low Noise Amplifiers, power amplifiers, mixers
- Analog IC design, bandgap voltage references, low-drop out voltage regulators, operational amplifiers
- IC fabrication and its impact on circuit performance
- Cadence Virtuoso, ADS, Matlab
- Lab measurement and equipment including Network and Spectrum analyzers, signal generators
Responsibilities
- Design high-performance ICs using pSemi’s UltraCMOS technology, contributing to product lines such as LNAs, PA controllers, Mixers, RF Switches, and Digital Step Attenuators.
- Work as a part of the team to direct the development of products during the entire product life cycle from product definition through product release to end-of-life.
- Encompass schematic capture, IC layout, simulation, package analysis, and design validation.
- Document all relevant product and design information to educate others on novel design techniques and provide guidance on product usage.
- Work with characterization engineers to define test plans, analyze performance data, and support production ATE development in collaboration with test engineers.
