The QA Engineer will be required to work on site at our facility in Alpharetta, GA. This is not a remote position.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Previous experience with manufacturing certifications
- Previous experience with project management
- Able to work well with other people
- Able to lead and/or work with a team
- Able to perform complex problem solving analysis with appropriate follow up and tracking
- Able to perform complex tasks, prioritize multiple projects and work under pressure to meet deadlines
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Six Sigma, LEAN, SPC, Kaizen, etc. is beneficial.
- Experience with continuous improvement or efficiency projects as they relate to manufacturing operations is a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage documentation, internal and external audits, and all other factors necessary for compliance and certification to ISO 9001 and FSC.
- Microsoft SharePoint experience / expertise is critical for maintaining current system.
- Assist with documentation, internal audits, and all other factors necessary for compliance and certification to ISO 14001, 27001, 45001, and World Lottery Association.
- Initiate and participate in continuous improvement projects across the manufacturing process.
- Focus on Quality and Efficiency.
- Identify processes, material issues, and equipment problems to minimize production downtime.
- Help drive internal communication relating to process improvement initiatives.
- The primary responsibility will be maintaining our ISO 9001and FSC systems and certifications in SharePoint.
- Assist with maintaining our ISO 27001, 45001,14001 and WLA certifications.
- Managing documentation in SharePoint.
