About The Position

The Engineer Process will conduct analysis of production processes and identify areas for improvement. This role involves developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs, designing and implementing process controls, and monitoring production processes to ensure consistency and quality of output. The position also includes participating in new product development and launch processes, filling in for the Quality-Shipping Manager when they are off, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
3+ years of related experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with process optimization and control methods
Knowledge of manufacturing principles and practices
Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and techniques
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
