About The Position

CCI Facility Support Services, LLC is seeking a Mechanical/Electrical Engineer with experience in design, systems integration, and program management. The role uses CAD and structural-analysis software to create and evaluate mechanical designs, integrate electrical circuits and components into mechanical systems, and support manufacturing-ready solutions. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage engineering programs and timelines, and present technical information to internal teams and external clients. The position is onsite at Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey, with up to 25% travel within the United States and Canada. The stated salary range is $90,000–$125,000 annually. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering, or an equivalent field of study; at least three years of engineering experience in a manufacturing or R&D background; U.S. citizenship; and the ability to pass background checks and gain access to customer facilities. Proficiency with CREO or equivalent CAD software, ANSYS or similar structural-analysis software, drawing practices, GD&T, kinematic analysis, and program management is required. Preferred qualifications include relevant experience in defense, aerospace, or other regulated industries; advanced manufacturing knowledge; experience designing integrated mechanical and electrical systems; and knowledge of electrical systems, aerodynamics, and manufacturing processes. The work is mostly sedentary, typically performed sitting, with frequent opportunities to move about. The role may require bending, stooping, walking, or standing for prolonged periods. Employees regularly use a keyboard and phone and are required to hear, talk, and use their hands and fingers. Occasional reaching and handling or moving objects weighing up to 40 pounds may be required. Specific vision abilities include close and distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
