The Engineer, Manufacturing is responsible for ensuring that our manufacturing line is producing the highest quality product possible.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or similar discipline or equivalent experience.
2 or more years of experience in an Engineering Role.
Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and data tracking & analysis

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with motion control, optical systems or digital imaging.
Knowledge and experience with GMP, ISO and FDA Regulatory standards
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing techniques and principles.

Responsibilities

Ensure issues with fixtures, parts and systems are resolved quickly to minimize impact to productivity, OTD, and Takt.
Assist in the design and development of robust manufacturing processes for existing products, product changes, component obsolescence and enhancements, as well as related tooling and fixtures.
Maintain and respond to process risk documentation (pFMEA)
Manufacturing/Operations representative on Material Review Board (MRB)
