The Engineer, Manufacturing is responsible for ensuring that our manufacturing line is producing the highest quality product possible.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or similar discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 2 or more years of experience in an Engineering Role.
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and data tracking & analysis

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with motion control, optical systems or digital imaging.
  • Knowledge and experience with GMP, ISO and FDA Regulatory standards
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing techniques and principles.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure issues with fixtures, parts and systems are resolved quickly to minimize impact to productivity, OTD, and Takt.
  • Assist in the design and development of robust manufacturing processes for existing products, product changes, component obsolescence and enhancements, as well as related tooling and fixtures.
  • Maintain and respond to process risk documentation (pFMEA)
  • Manufacturing/Operations representative on Material Review Board (MRB)
