About The Position

Responsible for ensuring transformer components are produced efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and production, to identify opportunities for process optimization, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. The Manufacturing Engineer will support production operations by developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes.

Proven experience in transformer maintenance, testing, and installation.

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, or related field required.
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role required.
Proficiency in AutoCAD software and experience with ERP systems required
Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is required.
At least 2-5 years of experience working with transformers.
