Requirements

Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem solvers with attention to detail.
Professional and able to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
Positive, respectful, and service-driven.
Stand and walk for extended periods up to 8 hours per shift.
Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds tools, equipment, and materials.
Perform repetitive motions including bending, reaching, climbing, and twisting.
Work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
Use tools, ladders, and maintenance equipment safely.
Maintain stamina and focus throughout the shift.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of general maintenance experience.
Familiarity with maintenance tools, equipment, and basic systems.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks.
Respond to guest maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
Troubleshoot and assist with repairs including electrical, plumbing, and general upkeep.
Maintain equipment, tools, and work areas in safe working condition.
Work closely with hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times.
