The Engineer/Maintenance Technician will be responsible for efficiently and safely operating central HVAC and mechanical equipment using sound engineering practices and specified corporate operating procedures. This role involves accurately and efficiently repairing and maintaining food production and related kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, ice machines and refrigeration systems, boilers and plumbing systems, and all electrical and natural gas distribution systems. The technician will also troubleshoot and repair electrical and pneumatic problems, and perform preventive and predictive maintenance on an ongoing basis.
