•$68,600 - $109,200

About The Position

Participate in finite element analysis (FEA) using computer-aided engineering (CAE) to support product development by modeling and analyzing engineering challenges. Collaborate with experienced engineers to develop creative, practical solutions and communicate simulation methods, inputs, assumptions, and results to design engineering teams and leadership. Contribute to verbal discussions and written reports in a supportive, non-supervisory position. The role involves creating product models and performing analyses, developing and executing Engineering Work Requests (EWRs), interpreting results, and recommending improvements to performance, cost, or weight. The engineer will follow established modeling practices, conduct basic engineering analyses and calculations, learn to use relevant CAE and scripting tools, and work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines. Regular attendance is required.
