About The Position
This internship offers an opportunity for an individual eager to learn and assist with assigned tasks within an engineering team. The role involves supporting the development and improvement of industrial processes, data collection and analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation. The intern will work closely with engineers, supervisors, and production staff to enhance production efficiency and quality, while adhering to safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field
- Basic understanding of engineering principles and data analysis
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and in a team
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
Nice To Haves
- CAD experience is a plus
- Interest in manufacturing or industrial processes preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and improving industrial processes
- Help collect data, take measurements, and support analysis efforts
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and process improvements
- Assist with documentation, including process instructions and reports
- Participate in process assessments and improvement projects
- Work with team members to support production efficiency and quality
- Communicate effectively with engineers, supervisors, and production staff
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the engineering team
