Job overview and key Responsibilities: As an Engineer – Interiors, you will provide engineering support for aircraft cabin systems, components, configurations, and maintenance programs across United’s fleet. This role is responsible for supporting the design, operation, maintenance, performance, reliability, and repair of aircraft interior systems and components while ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-effective operations. The Engineer – Interiors partners with internal operational teams, OEMs, suppliers, and regulatory agencies to develop technical solutions, investigate failures, support modifications, and improve cabin reliability and customer experience. This position may support both line and base maintenance operations, engineering projects, and fleet initiatives based on operational needs.
