About The Position

The Engineer-Information Services II fulfills customer requirements through design, build, test, troubleshooting, and documentation activities for enterprise-class datacenter computing hardware, software, networking tools, and platforms. The role evaluates, analyzes, configures, and implements new products and tools while ensuring appropriate operational monitoring is enabled. It also provides support for logical networking and communications protocols, Microsoft products, Intel and midrange platforms, relational databases, and programming and scripting.

Candidates must live and work in Central or Northern Indiana. The position is based in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and is listed as full-time and hybrid. The role reports to the Director-Information Services and has no direct reports.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience required.
• Experience working with hypervisors and scripting required.
• Experience working with vendors to quote moderately complex solutions required.
• Candidates must live and work in Central or Northern Indiana.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Healthcare, health insurance, and health provider experience and understanding of processes preferred.
• Cloud experience preferred.
