Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
5+ years of industrial automation or control systems experience.
Experience with DCS platforms and process manufacturing environments.
Strong understanding of ISA-88 batch automation principles.
Experience with system testing, commissioning, and startup support.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Strong technical execution and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Customer-focused mindset and collaborative approach.
Leadership potential and willingness to mentor others.

Nice To Haves

Experience in chemical, food & beverage, life sciences, consumer products, or other process industries.
Experience with one or more major DCS platforms (e.g., Emerson, Honeywell, ABB, Siemens, Rockwell, Yokogawa, or similar).
Knowledge of industrial networking, MES, historians, or manufacturing systems integration.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, test, and document DCS and batch automation applications.
Develop control strategies, sequences, interlocks, HMI displays, and batch logic.
Participate in FATs, SATs, commissioning, startups, and customer training.
Troubleshoot control system and integration issues.
Lead small projects or major portions of larger automation projects.
Mentor junior engineers and support technical knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with customers, project managers, and cross-functional teams.
