Requirements

Proficiency in at least three of the following areas, with basic to advanced skills in others: Air conditioning & refrigeration, Electrical & mechanical systems, Plumbing, Pneumatic/electronic systems & controls, Carpentry & finishing, Kitchen equipment & vehicles, Energy conservation, General building management.
Expertise in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
A friendly, professional demeanor with a strong commitment to teamwork.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, AM, PM, overnight, and overtime as needed.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
