About The Position

LG Energy Solution Michigan, Inc. is seeking an Engineer II, Equipment in Holland, MI. This role involves analyzing and reporting on production equipment Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), including micro stops, breakdowns, and yield. The engineer will complete production technology work orders, design equipment layouts, monitor post-improvement performance, and install new technology on the production line. Additionally, the role includes training engineers with shared responsibilities, completing daily documentation and audits, complying with safety requirements (including PPE use), and maintaining the worksite according to 5S3R standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3 years of experience analyzing equipment failures.
• 3 years of experience developing/implementing corrective actions.
• 3 years of experience installing/modifying/repairing tools and equipment.
• Experience with AutoCAD.
• Experience with Solid Edge.

Responsibilities
