About The Position

Start your engineering career by doing engineering. We know you have the knowledge. We will show you how you can use it. As an Engineer I at Freese and Nichols, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers, get regular feedback, and have mentors and teammates you can turn to as you build your skills on real projects that shape how communities move, grow and manage water and transportation. With their guidance, you will build your technical skills, see your work in the field, and work towards your EIT/EI and PE. We have some great opportunities for December 2026, May 2027, and August 2027 new grads to launch their careers! Depending on your interests and location, you could work in Structural, Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls, and Mechanical areas. Our Facilities teams power our infrastructure projects, keeping critical facilities and transportation systems safe, reliable, and moving forward.
