A key aspect of the role is maintaining working technical knowledge of oscillator design, test, and production documentation. The first year will involve a structured learning plan with engineering and production teams, with an expectation that the ramp-up period will take time due to the product set's depth. Regular interface with various departments such as engineering, production, purchasing, drafting, supply chain, and management is expected to coordinate updates and keep deliverables on schedule. The role also involves using and standardizing artificial intelligence (AI) tools for marketing effectiveness and developing into a local subject-matter resource for AI initiatives.
