Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with a graduation date of Winter 2025, Spring or Summer of 2026
Knowledge in the latest version of MEP Auto CAD
Proficient in design and calculation software; MS Office Suite
Eager to learn and expand knowledge and hands-on experience by challenging themselves and using highly technical resources.
Enjoy a team environment and be flexible enough to work independently where needed.

Responsibilities

Enroll in the firmwide EDT program.
Attend continuing education seminars on technical or professional enhancing topics.
Conduct field inspections to determine existing conditions and coordinating new work.
Assist Senior team members in preparation of due diligence, feasibility, gap analysis and other technical reports and drawings.
Coordinate with other disciplines and work in close contact with the entire design team.
Create basic designs under the direction of senior team members, performing CAD/BIM drafting, equipment selections, systems calculations for a variety of projects and project sizes.
Begin to be cross trained in multidisciplinary designs and supporting design production of drawings, calculations, research, reports, analysis, and specification.
Support the design and engineering efforts of systems for new installations, system retrofits, system replacement and system upgrades for a wide variety of projects and project types.
Take ownership of completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of work assignments.
