About The Position
ABM is seeking a dependable Engineer Helper to support facility maintenance operations by performing lamp replacement and general maintenance tasks. This role requires hands-on experience, comfort working at heights, physical stamina, and a flexible schedule to support operational needs. ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience as a lamper and maintenance
- Must be able to work with ladders and not afraid of heights
- Lift more than 50lbs
- Must be able to work on weekdays early or late and weekends
- Must speak English
Responsibilities
- Replace interior and exterior lamps, ballasts, and related lighting components
- Assist engineers and maintenance staff with general building maintenance tasks
- Safely use ladders, lifts, and other equipment to access elevated work areas
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies while performing duties
- Maintain tools, materials, and work areas in a clean and organized manner
- Respond to work orders during weekdays and weekends as scheduled
