About The Position
Researches, develops, designs, and tests electrical components, equipment, systems, and networks. Designs electrical equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes. This role is with HII’s Newport News Shipbuilding division. U.S. citizenship is required. The role is not eligible for telework and includes travel up to 10% of the time. Relocation assistance is available. No security clearance is required to start.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant exempt experience, or a master’s degree and 0 years of relevant professional experience.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program is required by Newport News Shipbuilding.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
