About The Position
Researches, develops, designs, and tests electrical components, equipment, systems, and networks. Designs electrical equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes. This role is with Newport News Shipbuilding’s CVN 78 CL Engineering team. U.S. citizenship is required. The position is onsite and does not offer telework. Travel may be required up to 10% of the time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant exempt experience, or a master’s degree and 0 years of relevant professional experience.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program is required by Newport News Shipbuilding.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
