Requirements

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, operations management, or a related field, with a focus on local or regional operations
  • Master's degree in business administration, operations management, engineering, or a relevant field

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage OpEx projects from initiation to completion, ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Implement initiatives that support Bekaert’s sustainability goals and reduce the environmental impact of operations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements across various departments. Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success, conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with OpEx standards.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, communicate project goals, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Provide training and guidance to teams on OpEx principles and methodologies, foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
