Engineer Associate - EIT
About The Position
The Engineer Associate - EIT supports the development and delivery of airport engineering projects. The role involves reviewing and developing construction documents, including designs, plans, project specifications, and calculation reports. It also supports project delivery through cost estimates, material quantity takeoffs, and responses to client comments across diverse projects and industries. The engineer contributes creative and thorough engineering input and designs airport facilities and systems such as runways, taxiways, aprons, airfield lighting, and navigational aids. The role also prepares engineering design reports, construction plans, contract documents, and technical specifications.
Requirements
- ABET-accredited Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
- EIT certification, or ability to obtain EIT certification within one year.

- Support project delivery with cost estimates, material quantity takeoffs, and responses to client comments.
- Provide engineering input to support project development and delivery.
- Design airport engineering projects, including runways, taxiways, aprons, airfield lighting, and navigational aids.
- Prepare engineering design reports, construction plans, contract documents, and technical specifications.
