About The Position
Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking an Engineer 3 to support ongoing property maintenance and smooth operation while upholding standards for safety, quality, and guest experience. The role maintains building systems, responds to guest and operational needs, and supports the overall functionality of the hotel. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to prompt, professional service in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent experience.
- Six months to two years of employment in a related position with Four Seasons or another organization.
- Working technical knowledge of general building maintenance.
- Ability to read, speak, and write English.
- Legal work authorization in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and update appropriate logs.
- Repair equipment throughout the building, including motors, starters, breakers, chillers, and associated equipment.
- Respond promptly to guest calls about maintenance of rooms, in-room equipment, and public areas.
- Respond to emergency conditions such as fires and power failures.
- Clean Engineering stations and grease traps, address plumbing stoppages, and maintain an organized department and hotel.
