Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (Civil Preferred)
Successfully complete NIMS Training within one year of entering job
Have an occupationally significant combination of job knowledge; organizational ability; ability to apply engineering principles/methods to transmission structural design/construction; ability to formulate and implement programs and policies; and oral/written communication skills.
4 years' experience
Have a valid driver's license from state of residence
