About The Position

Assist with general workshop activities while completing on the job and classroom based training. We are looking for a talented Engine Workshop Technician - Apprentice to join our Distribution business in (Regina, SK).

Requirements

  • Must be able to assist in cleaning, inspecting, disassembling, and performing other basic workshop activities
  • Must be able to learn Standard Repair Times (SRTs) and follow documented procedures and policies to complete basic repairs and maintenance
  • Must be able to assist with completing required documentation, including work completed records and timesheets through handwritten forms or business systems
  • Must be able to complete training in line with skill development and business requirements
  • Must be able to maintain work area and tools for cleanliness and proper operation
  • Must ensure adherence to all Health, Safety & Environmental policies, procedures, and legislation and report any issues or incidents to supervisors
  • Must be able to assist with repairs and maintenance on engine and power generation products under supervision
  • Must be able to support troubleshooting using mechanical, electrical, and electronic service tools
  • Must be able to assist with diagnosing equipment issues following guided workflows and procedures
  • Must be able to create and maintain accurate service documentation and repair records
  • Must be able to escalate technical issues appropriately and document troubleshooting steps

Responsibilities
