About The Position

Assist with general workshop activities while completing on the job and classroom based training. We are looking for a talented Engine Workshop Technician - Apprentice to join our Distribution business in (Regina, SK).

Requirements

Must be able to assist in cleaning, inspecting, disassembling, and performing other basic workshop activities
Must be able to learn Standard Repair Times (SRTs) and follow documented procedures and policies to complete basic repairs and maintenance
Must be able to assist with completing required documentation, including work completed records and timesheets through handwritten forms or business systems
Must be able to complete training in line with skill development and business requirements
Must be able to maintain work area and tools for cleanliness and proper operation
Must ensure adherence to all Health, Safety & Environmental policies, procedures, and legislation and report any issues or incidents to supervisors
Must be able to assist with repairs and maintenance on engine and power generation products under supervision
Must be able to support troubleshooting using mechanical, electrical, and electronic service tools
Must be able to assist with diagnosing equipment issues following guided workflows and procedures
Must be able to create and maintain accurate service documentation and repair records
Must be able to escalate technical issues appropriately and document troubleshooting steps

Responsibilities
