Engine Readiness Specialist

GE Vernova•Houston, TX

About The Position

The Engine Readiness Specialist reviews engines before they leave Engine Disassembly to confirm that required work scope, Service Bulletins (SBs), configuration changes, material demands, and R-BOM requirements are in place before engines move downstream. The position works across Operations, Engineering, Materials, Planning, and other supporting functions to identify, resolve, or assign gaps that could affect assembly, material availability, or production schedules. The specialist also supports scrubs of engines already in Material and Engine Assembly work in process, tracks and categorizes issues, periodically reports Pareto trends, and contributes to improvements in the engine scrub process. The role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information; applicable offers are contingent on authorization to access that information. GE Vernova provides relocation assistance. The posted U.S. salary range is $72,400 to $108,600, with geographic differentials in certain areas and eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.
