This partnership aims to evolve alumni engagement and fundraising efforts by introducing a new Engagement Center. The Engagement Specialist, reporting to the Engagement Center Manager, is responsible for cultivating relationships with donors, alumni, parents, and friends of the university. The goal is to encourage them to become and remain donors to Ohio State through excellent customer service and unique omnichannel engagements (phone, email, text, web chat). This role is crucial for implementing engagement and fundraising strategies for The Ohio State University.
