The Engagement Manager sits at the intersection of strategic partnership and technical delivery. You will own a portfolio of customer relationships end-to-end, from understanding each customer's broader analytics ambitions to ensuring that Newton's solutions are being implemented with precision and purpose. You will work closely with Solutions Engineers to oversee day-to-day delivery while serving as the strategic voice in the room when customers are thinking about where they're headed next. This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable in a roadmap planning session with a client’s VP of Analytics and in a working session reviewing a Solutions Engineer’s implementation plan. While this is not primarily a hands-on builder role, Engagement Managers are expected to develop meaningful proficiency in the Newton platform, using it directly to explore customer data, validate solutions, and build workflows where appropriate.
