Automation Anywhere is seeking an Engagement Manager to serve as a trusted partner to their customers, building strong relationships, guiding them through their automation journey, and ensuring successful delivery across the project lifecycle. This role will directly influence customer satisfaction, long-term value, and the impact of Automation Anywhere's APA platform across global organizations. The Engagement Manager will be responsible for acting as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, collaborating to understand business needs and identify automation opportunities, managing the entire project lifecycle, overseeing project teams, proactively managing client expectations, tracking and reporting on KPIs, and identifying new business opportunities within existing client accounts. The role reports to the VP, Professional Services and is a remote position within the United States.
