The Impact team within Sana works closely with client companies to problem-solve, design, and implement solutions using Sana to drive change and adoption, ultimately measuring success by the impact achieved. This role is crucial in defining the future of customer success, solution engineering, and deployment teams, with the goal of scaling to impact how people learn across industries globally.

Responsibilities

Work closely with companies who choose Sana to problem solve, design solutions, and implement them to drive change.
Measure success through the impact achieved by rolling out and adopting Sana.
Continually learn and adapt to meet the unique needs of each company and team.
Implement creative solutions that lead to proud achievements.
Define what the future Sana's customer success, solution engineering and deployments teams will look like.
Scale the team to create a significant impact on how people learn, across every industry, and across the globe.
