Mighty Acorn is seeking a mission-driven Engagement Manager to align delivery efforts with meaningful, measurable outcomes for the public, the government agencies we support, and the internal and partner teams doing the work. This role blends delivery leadership, client stewardship, and impact-driven strategy. You’ll act as the connective tissue between our delivery teams, agency stakeholders, and our mission, asking and answering big questions like: Are the digital services we’re delivering creating a positive impact on the communities they serve, and on the public sector teams that support them? Are we aligned on what success looks like? Are our goals both ambitious and realistic? Are we transparent with risks, challenges, and progress with ourselves and with the client? Are the right people in the right places? Are team members over or under committed? Are we acting as responsible stewards of public trust and funds?
