Engagement Manager (Future Openings)

Pogo Technologies•Brooklyn, NY

About The Position

Pogo is hiring its first Engagement Manager to own client relationships from signed deal through partnership growth. The Engagement Manager will serve as a trusted partner to enterprise clients, lead end-to-end research engagements, and translate Pogo’s AI-powered platform into insights that inform business decisions. This is a first-of-its-kind role responsible for establishing delivery standards and developing a scalable client service model. The role owns the post-sale client lifecycle, including onboarding, study design, delivery, and expansion, with a focus on helping clients achieve fast time-to-value and conduct more research using Pogo. It involves scoping studies with clients, configuring them in the platform, reviewing AI-generated insights, and presenting findings to client executives. The Engagement Manager will advise clients on strategic questions and research design, collaborate with the go-to-market team on renewals and account expansion, and share client feedback with product and engineering teams to influence the roadmap. The role will also create playbooks, templates, and repeatable processes for client delivery. This is a high-ownership position with multiple concurrent engagements and significant responsibility for defining how the role and client service model operate. The company expects work beyond standard 9-to-5 hours at its current stage, while trusting team members to build a flexible schedule. It encourages time off and offers unlimited PTO alongside a minimum 20-day vacation policy.
