About The Position

At HSO, successful enterprise transformation depends on strong client alignment, disciplined delivery, and trusted leadership. As an Engagement Manager, you will provide senior oversight across assigned engagements to keep client expectations, project execution, commercial performance, risk resolution, and account growth aligned. You will serve as a consistent client-facing partner from the sales process through project delivery, bringing executive visibility to engagement health, strengthening governance, removing blockers, and helping delivery teams achieve successful outcomes. You will work across client sponsors, sales, delivery leaders, project teams, and HSO leadership. Whether refining scope and delivery strategy, guiding a project through escalation, reviewing financial and delivery signals, or identifying roadmap and growth opportunities, you will help protect client value and delivery performance.

Requirements

Experience leading Microsoft business application and enterprise transformation delivery engagements.
Credibility with client sponsors, executive stakeholders, delivery leaders, and cross-functional teams.
Working knowledge of engagement governance, project delivery, financial performance, commercial risk, and escalation management.
Experience contributing to scope definition, quote development, delivery strategy, and statement of work alignment.
Industry and functional expertise across manufacturing, professional services, and/or supply chain management.
Strong communication skills with the ability to turn complex delivery information into clear executive-level updates and decisions.
A proactive, organized approach with the ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and high-pressure situations.
A commercial mindset and an understanding of how delivery performance affects client value, profitability, and account growth.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted partner to client sponsors, establishing clear expectations and maintaining alignment on business outcomes, priorities, and delivery commitments.
Provide executive-ready communication on engagement health, delivery performance, key risks, decisions, dependencies, and required actions.
Build confidence through transparency, reliability, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through.
Maintain continuity from the sales process through project delivery, reinforcing trust and accountability throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Establish and reinforce effective engagement governance, including status visibility, decision tracking, ownership, and follow-up discipline.
Oversee project health across scope, timeline, quality, financial performance, risks, and client outcomes.
Identify delivery risks and blockers early, coordinate the right resources, and drive issues to accountable resolution.
Enable project teams through methodology adherence, delivery discipline, and effective use of project tools.
Partner with delivery leaders and project teams to maintain alignment between client expectations and execution.
Monitor delivery financials and commercial risk signals, helping ensure engagement performance remains aligned with client value and business expectations.
Assess the impact of scope, timeline, resource, quality, and dependency changes and elevate decisions when leadership action is required.
Support timely resolution of escalations while maintaining clear communication with client and internal stakeholders.
Capture lessons learned and apply insights to strengthen delivery performance and future engagement planning.
Collaborate throughout the sales process to refine scope definition, delivery strategy, quote inputs, and statement of work development.
Help translate client needs into a clear delivery approach, practical commitments, and aligned expectations.
Provide delivery perspective during deal shaping to identify risks, dependencies, assumptions, and resource considerations before project launch.
Partner with sales and account leaders to support successful deal closure and a coordinated transition into delivery.
Identify client roadmap needs, qualified growth opportunities, and follow-on work based on engagement outcomes and evolving business priorities.
Route opportunities appropriately and support internal alignment on next steps.
Share engagement insights, delivery patterns, and lessons learned with leadership to strengthen future execution.
Contribute to a culture of proactive ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
