We exist to get patients faster, better access to life-saving therapies — and the relationships we build with our life sciences clients are how that happens. Our clients are biopharma companies running complex patient support programs for life-saving therapies, and the Engagement Manager is the person those clients call when it matters. In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of enterprise life sciences clients from implementation through ongoing growth — serving as the primary strategic partner for their Patient Services and Field Access programs. You'll sit at the intersection of delivery, strategy, and relationship, translating client needs into outcomes on both sides. This is a role for someone who wants to do consequential work. You'll have real influence over how Courier Health shows up for its clients, how the Client Solutions practice evolves, and ultimately, how many patients get the support they need.
