About The Position

You will lead strategy engagements that define ambitious visions for business transformation and measurable value for manufacturing and automotive clients. You will influence senior executives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive outcomes that position the organization as a key strategic partner. This is a Remote role with a defined contract timeline and collaboration across distributed stakeholders. This is a contract that starts at the end of June, until October 15, 2026.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing industries (e.g., Automotive, Industrial Machinery, Aerospace) and B2B sales & service
  • Experience leading engagements at a top management consulting firm, company, or digital agency
  • Proven track record of leading strategy formulation and translating strategy into plans that deliver results
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills with ability to engage and inspire senior leaders
  • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, including research, data analysis, hypothesis development, and recommendation crafting
  • Proven ability to lead through influence and achieve results in cross-functional environments
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quickly

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy formulation for Manufacturing vertical accounts and translate strategy into executable plans that drive growth
  • Develop strategic recommendations using benchmarking, digital maturity assessments, customer experience innovation, and value modeling
  • Partner with technical experts to create immersive experience and technology demonstrations that bring the vision to life
  • Advise and compel senior executives to act on recommendations and provide impactful updates to client and internal leadership
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of strategists, technologists, and relationship managers to deliver customer value within complex organizations
