About The Position

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk Consulting team at Marsh. This role will be based in Minneapolis, MN. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. This role will support clients by applying advanced industry knowledge to develop complex research and analysis strategies, lead project work, and deliver best-in-class guidance. You will partner closely with clients and internal teams to shape risk programs, guide project approaches, and drive successful outcomes.

Requirements

Proven experience in risk consulting or a related advisory environment
Ability to apply advanced industry knowledge to research, analysis, and client guidance
Experience leading complex client projects and independently driving proposals and project work
Strong presentation, communication, and meeting facilitation skills

Experience crafting and refining complex project methodologies, tools, and client approaches
Strong ability to translate analysis into actionable client guidance
Demonstrated success leading high-complexity client presentations and discussions

Responsibilities

Apply advanced knowledge of the industry to devise complex research and analysis strategies and direct the team in data collection and documentation to offer best-in-class guidance to clients
Act independently to drive the development of large project proposals to expand clientele
Evaluate and modify presentation slides and other communications of high complexity to ensure readiness for client delivery
Guide clients in crafting and modifying complex project approaches, methodologies, and tools to drive the success of risk programs and initiatives
Formulate strategy for internal and client meetings and lead discussions to drive client projects
Lead complex and/or unique projects for clients to provide exceptional results
