About The Position

ProcDNA is a global life sciences consulting firm that uses design thinking and technology to create Commercial Analytics and Technology solutions for clients. With over 400 employees across 8 offices, ProcDNA focuses on client growth and innovation. The Engagement Lead – Analytics will be a key member of the team, working with clients to drive performance, manage risk, and develop data-driven strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and experience with various datasets and analytics tools.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in healthcare/pharma consulting, with at least 3+ years in the U.S. market.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, with strong academic performance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects for various stakeholders with a focus on quality.
• Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and collaborative—able to clearly articulate results and issues to internal and client teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a creative and analytical environment.
• Experience in areas such as IC, Ops, Design, Implementation, Goal Setting, Sales Crediting, Eligibility, Contests, Awards, Targeting, Call Planning, Sizing, Alignment, and Segmentation.

Nice To Haves

• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
• In-depth knowledge of datasets such as LAAD, DDD, XPO, etc.
• Passion for working with complex data to solve real-world business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Build advanced analytics tools using Tableau, SAS, R, Alteryx, etc., to solve complex problems in healthcare and pharma.
• Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership, delivering innovative, high impact solutions that unlock growth for clients and ProcDNA.
• Analyze complex datasets, implement statistical models, and design BI tools to support data-driven decision-making.
• Guide team leads, streamline recurring tasks, and ensure smooth execution and capability development.
• Contribute to internal initiatives and ideate new offerings that enhance team and company growth beyond client work.
