Under general supervision, but in compliance with established policies and procedures, the Engagement, Inclusion, and Belonging Department is responsible for developing high impact programs, events, and communication materials that enhance the EIB strategy. Employees in this position will collaborate with internal departments, external partners, and management to successfully plan and execute a variety of programs, trainings, communication and design the annual EIB Report to further the EIB journey both within and outside the organization. The MSUFCU internship program is designed to support interns in developing career readiness competencies as defined by NACE. Throughout the internship program, interns will gain hands-on experience and enhance essential skills that prepare them for success and career growth. Interns will have the opportunity to develop competencies in career and self-development, communication, critical thinking, engagement and inclusion, leadership, professionalism, teamwork, and technology.
